SurgeFTP

SurgeFTP provides you with everything you need to create and maintain a FTP server. It comes with highly effective encryption capabilities, as well as other security and performance features. SurgeFTP comes with a web-based user interface, for which you need to create a username and password. The software's controls are organized on a series of tabs. Although most settings require some advanced knowledge, the appropriate input fields, check boxes or drop menus are easy to spot.

The program allows you to create one or more user accounts, to grant other people access to the server, with or without limited rights. What's more, SurgeFTP's reporting system lets you see exactly who accessed your server and when and most importantly, if someone has been misusing or wasting your bandwidth.
